FJR’s Watershed Center Building

Discover our pristine newly renovated Friends of the Jordan Watershed Center, available for rent and ideal for hosting club meetings, bridal and baby showers, birthday parties, and more. With a maximum capacity of 50 people, this venue offers a charming and intimate setting for your gatherings.

Enjoy direct access to the nature trail boardwalk, the EJ Art Walk, a picnic pavilion, and Sportsman’s Park, making it one of East Jordan’s most desirable locations for social events and celebrations.

FUN FACT: Our facility is East Jordan’s oldest commercial building, dating back to the 1870s. Originally located on Vance Street, it was meticulously relocated and restored to its current glory, preserving its historical charm for all to enjoy!

Facility rental fees help cover utilities and maintenance of the building and grounds. Groups are expected to provide their own supplies and to return the setting to as good or better condition prior to leaving the building.

Please arrange for the building to be opened in time to set up and make sure it is secured when you leave. FJR is not liable for any harm that might come to anyone attending an event that is not an official FJR function.
